Noelridge DentalA healthy, pain-free mouth requires the elimination and prevention of infection. Proper daily cleaning, supplemented by regular checkups and in-office deep cleaning allow us to keep your risk of infection in check.
We take infection control very seriously at Noelridge Dental in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We go to all lengths to make sure we are sterilizing and keeping everything as clean as possible. Non-disposable items like the dental tools are cleaned and sterilized between patients. Disposable dental tools and needles are never reused on another patient. Infection control precautions also require all dental staff involved in patient care to use appropriate protective wear such as gloves, masks, gowns and eyewear. After each patient, disposable wear such as gloves are thrown away. Before seeing the next patient, the members of the treatment team wash their hands and put on a new pair of gloves.
